- For eligible returns on online purchases, you have up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- All return requests must be accompanied by a copy of your original sales receipt.
- If the item you purchased is eligible for a return and you send it back to us unopened in the original packaging, Preval will offer a refund based on your original method of payment.
- All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.
- You are responsible for all shipping and handling fees required to ship a product for return. Preval recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Preval or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
- No returns will be issued on products that have been used or subject to damage while in your possession.
- vFan Airbrushes are covered by a one-year warranty effective immediately upon purchase that covers replacement of defective parts.
- Preval does not provide extended warranty or out-of-warranty repairs.
