If I place an order and decide to cancel, can I do that?

Preval.com does have a cancellation policy. If an order has been placed, the buyer must call (877 753 0021) or email (sales@preval.com) within 24hrs to speak with one of our customer service representatives. However, the order must be canceled prior to shipping. If the order has been shipped, then the buyer can return the product(s) and a credit will be issued along with a 25% re-stocking fee.
