Preval.com’s shipping policy is dependent on whether you are a domestic buyer or an international buyer.  For domestic buyers we ship LTL, UPS priority or UPS ground.  Shipping charges will be applied to the order when a buyer makes a purchase on Preval.com, unless the buyer is qualified for pre-paid shipping.  International buyers are responsible via FOB our plant. If a return is requested, then it is up to the buyer to coordinate shipping on his/her end with your preferred shipping company.
