  • What are some common uses for Preval?
    • With paints, primers and stains, you can use a Preval for pretty much anything you can imagine! Whether you need to touch-up machinery, your car, boat, or crown moulding, Preval will provide a precise spray job like no other. Professionals spray two and three component paint, primers and stains. You can also use Preval for DIY projects, like stenciling or painting projects with your kids. Even try Preval as a way to clean; simply add baking soda and water, and you'll have a great eco-friendly household cleaner!
  • How does your system compare to a standard spray can?
    • The Preval Spray Gun is superior to a standard aerosol as it has less than 2oz. of propellant and sprays up to 16oz of paint or liquid OR 18 minutes continuously. For more detail on paint and liquid coverage see second page of Owners Manual - Most 10oz standard aerosols are mostly propellant, solvents and only hold 4oz of paint or liquid.
  • Is Preval affordable?
    • Yes! The cost of Preval is fractionally lower than commercial spray guns!
  • Where can I buy a Preval?
    • Preval is sold at a number of retailers both online & offline.
  • How do I re-sell Preval?
    • If you are a marketer, distributor or retailer and would like to speak with us about re-selling the Preval Spray Gun and corresponding products, please fill out the Distributor form.
  • Is Preval recyclable?
    • Yes. Both the aluminum aerosol power unit and the glass jar can be recycled.  Deplete the power unit and then dispose of it.
  • How do I clean my Preval?
    • See link to the owner's manual at the bottom of the home page. If you want to re-use your Preval, you can simply clean the valve by spraying water, alcohol or lacquer thinner through the unit. Whatever thinner is used for what you are spraying, you can also use for cleaning. Use the proper cleaning agent as specified by the manufacturer for the liquid you are using. If you do not properly clean your Preval aerosol power unit, any contamination will reduce the Preval output. Cleanliness is even more important on the inside of the button. If this occurs, please turn the Power Unit upside down and spray with the glass jar unattached. Cleaning the glass and plastic jars is easy; you can also clean the unit as specified by the manufacturer for the specified liquid you are spraying.
  • How do I un-subscribe from the eNewsletter?
    • Please send an email to info@preval.com and type "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject heading.
  • What is Preval's Return Policy?
    • We guarantee our product.  If a customer would like to return products purchased from www.preval.com, the buyer must send an email (info@preval.com) to make a return request. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the return shipping, which can be done at any UPS or FedEX location. Preval does not recommend that our customers return Preval products via USPS. Preval will e-mail a return authorization, please print and include with returned product.  Preval.com will issue an on-line credit for the return purchase, which can only be used for a future purchase on www.preval.com and not with any of our re-sellers. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged to the credit card originally used on the order.   Preval.com does not accept return purchases made from one of our re-sellers.
  • If I place an order and decide to cancel, can I do that?
    • Preval.com does have a cancellation policy. If an order has been placed, the buyer must call (877 753 0021) or email (sales@preval.com) within 24hrs to speak with one of our customer service representatives. However, the order must be canceled prior to shipping. If the order has been shipped, then the buyer can return the product(s) and a credit will be issued along with a 25% re-stocking fee. Please refer to our return policy for further information.
  • How does Preval.com ship their products?
    • Preval.com’s shipping policy is dependent on whether you are a domestic buyer or an international buyer.  For domestic buyers we ship LTL, UPS priority or UPS ground.  Shipping charges will be applied to the order when a buyer makes a purchase on Preval.com, unless the buyer is qualified for pre-paid shipping.  International buyers are responsible via FOB our plant. If a return is requested, then it is up to the buyer to coordinate shipping on his/her end with your preferred shipping company. Please refer to our return policy for further information.
  • If I buy product(s) from Preval.com, will my order be secure?
    • Absolutely. To protect our customers' private information, Preval.com uses a SSL (secure socket layer), which means that any information that you enter for your order on Preval.com will be encrypted during the transmission of your order. When confirming your order, we only reveal the last four digits of your credit card numbers. We do, however, transmit the entire credit card number you enter to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
