Help is here for Preval users

We've come out with a new users guide to help you utilize your Preval Sprayer more efficiently. Below are some important notes to always remember about your product along with a thinning table and an estimated Paint Coverage table.

The power unit is vented. Do not tip beyond 45 degrees or liquid with leak from the air vent, preventing efficient performance.

Always use manufacturers thinning instructions for your product. If you do not have the instructions provided by the manufacturer, use the below thinning chart for reference.

You came here for the details.  Here ya go - It amazes me how many people call me and ask me for exact way on how to use a preval sprayer for gel coating.  Initially I tell our fans to watch the video's that are posted on our youtube site as they give a good tutorial but people want more info.  I don't blame them.

Here is a recipe that was sent to me that i think is great!  This shows you the whole gelcoat process and why the Preval is the best method!

Side note: I prefer Styrene over Acetone for a thinning agent.

Boat Paint is bubbling!!!

For us boat lovers and aluminum metal boat owners, corrossion control is part of the game, which for some people is new problem. You mostlt hear of gel coating with a Preval in the boat industry but yes the Preval sprays paints and primers as well. Here is a few easy steps as part of our recipe that will work if you find your paint is bubbling.
