Come say Hi at Worldwide DIY Council and National Hardware Show

Check us out at the Worldwide DIY Council in Las Vegas this week. This is our first year as members of Joining WDIYC, and one of our representatives,  Sammy Averbuch will be out and about to meet and chat with others in the group. We love getting out and meeting with new businesses and learning more about what new innovations are out there! Sammy will also be attending the National Hardware Show on Tuesday this week to meet with fellow businesses, manufactures and distributors, in and around the hardware industry. Help is here for Preval users

We've come out with a new users guide to help you utilize your Preval Sprayer more efficiently. Below are some important notes to always remember about your product along with a thinning table and an estimated Paint Coverage table.

The power unit is vented. Do not tip beyond 45 degrees or liquid with leak from the air vent, preventing efficient performance.

Always use manufacturers thinning instructions for your product. If you do not have the instructions provided by the manufacturer, use the below thinning chart for reference.

In field installation of faux panels

See how the Fast Pack comes in handy for Windsor Manufacturing.

For the professional, installing faux panels comes with patience and know how - this can be a laborious task.  However, the end result can be a magnificent set of window frames or a wall treatments that looks like this was made for ancient stone and built many years past.  And, with any installation process there is going to be times when you will need to cut a peice to shape.

Surface Preperation Product VpCI - 427

The Cortec Corporation was kind enough to send us folks over here at Preval a chance to test their product VpCI - 427. I am proud to write that their product worked great with the Preval Spray Gun.  The typical spray uses are designed to remove oxide scale from parts and equipment fabricated from aluminum alloys, and as a preperation of aluminum surfaces for further processing such as anodizing, electroplating or coating.

BioCorr Rust Preventative (VpCI-414)

Recently the Cortec Corporation sent me samples of their Biocar Rust Preventative (VpCI-414) to test wit hthe Preval Spray System.  It worked great!  This product is waterbased, biobased and biodegradeable that is intended for preservation of metals in storage and during transportation.  BioCarr Rust Preventative provides multi-metal protection and is an excellent environmentally sound alternative to petroleum derived products.  This ready - to -use formulation can provide protection for up to two years of indoor storage, or during shipments.
