Happy Groundhog Day!

Have you heard? Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow today and that means there's 6 more weeks of winter. We say, forget that. This is a list of tips for you to prepare for spring, even if it doesn't come for another 6 weeks:

Every spring I get a bug. Not an insect and not the "sickness" bug. Those are no fun. The bug I'm talking about is fun indeed. The bug i'm talking about is the cleaning bug.

I can't help it. There's in innate, unavoidable sensation to clean everything in my immediate area. Whether it's my desk, or someone else's desk IT NEEDS TO BE CLEAN!

This annual desire for cleanliness might be brought on by this "New Year" notion that everything must start from scratch at a certain point.

This weekend is the Chicago Boat, RV & Outdoors Show and we're going to be one of the exhibitors. For that reason, we want to give you some tips on how to apply gel coat to your boat, TV, or other surfaces. Looks like winter is here to stay which means many of you are using fireplaces to help stay warm. Who can blame you? There's nothing like relaxing by the fire. As you all probably know, relaxing by the fireplace also comes with some upkeep. That's where we come in. 

Have you ever tried to clean the ashes out from the grate and found ashes around your room? There's a really simple way to avoid that problem in to incredibly easy steps:

Getting these projects done in time before all the visitors arrive and it gets too cold out is going to be tough. We all know how tough scrubbing tiles can be. It doesn't have to be tough. Check out this formula I crafted and used with my Preval Sprayer.

Materials Needed:

• 3/4 Cup of white vinegar
• 1/3 Cup of household ammonia
• 3/4 Cup baking soda
• 7 cups arm tap water
• 1 Trusty Preval Sprayer

Over the weekend the Preval team was out at Columbia College Chicago, hanging out with the students for the 24 Hour Night. Providing masks and plenty of Preval Sprayers and a few vFan Airbrush systems, members of the Preval Spray team had students testing out our products on full face masks for their Halloween weekend festivities. We also had a temporary tattoo station set up for students to try out some stencils.
