Rust is cancer to any piece of machinery; it will eat away and devour your investment.  Many business owners maintain their equipment on a regular basis, and then get a professional paint job every couple of years to diminish the rust.  Fortunately, technology has advanced to a point where you can get that professional paint job from home at a low cost.  It may sound too good to be true, but that’s exactly what the military has done to cut back costs.
