Announcement came last week from Ford Motor Co., regarding the assigned use of the Preval Sprayer for the application of PM13A Anti-Corrosion Coating on Ford Winstar rear axle -  From what we are hearing, the past procedure for applying PM13A anti corrosion coating was by using a brush.  However, what was happenning was the brush created marks at the marks gummed up, consequently, when the final coatings were being applied in the next step there was insufficient curing.  Now, the application procedure is configured with the use of only a Preval Spray Gun (no more brush or roller) to insure a proper coat, no gumming and quick, safe cure process.
