Who doesn't need a magic recipe to get tiles in their best shape? This particular recipe (first seen here) works wonders with soap scum in your shower, grime in your sink, and can even clean your appliances.

All you need are these 2 ingredients:

• 1 part white vinegar
• 1 part liquid, blue Dawn detergent

Here's what you have to do:

1. Heat up the vinegar in your microwave until it's hot. 
2. Add the Dawn detergent.
3. Once the lid is on, shake up the contents.
4. Spray away!

How easy is that? Sometimes you may have to leave the mixture soaking over night (depending on how dirty the surface may be). I bet this mixture can work with tons of different surfaces. Any other ideas?
