We've come out with a new users guide to help you utilize your Preval Sprayer more efficiently. Below are some important notes to always remember about your product along with a thinning table and an estimated Paint Coverage table.
The power unit is vented. Do not tip beyond 45 degrees or liquid with leak from the air vent, preventing efficient performance.
Always use manufacturers thinning instructions for your product. If you do not have the instructions provided by the manufacturer, use the below thinning chart for reference.
*Note: the below Thinning Guide represents specific instructions for paints and thicker materials. The Preval Sprayer is not limited to only spraying these products.

Note: for water-based paints and acrylics, - thin at a 3:2 ratio. Remove container from power unit, add conditioner and shake before re-attaching to power unit.
- Never fill above the line on the shoulder
- Make sure the red insert in button points in the same direction as the air vent
- For best results spray at room temperature.
- Apply at least 2 coats for desired coverage between 6" - 10" from the surface for an even application.
The below Paint Coverage table has varying results. The table is for reference only. Follow the instructions and estimated coverage on the manufacture's label.
