In field installation of faux panels

See how the Fast Pack comes in handy for Windsor Manufacturing.

For the professional, installing faux panels comes with patience and know how - this can be a laborious task.  However, the end result can be a magnificent set of window frames or a wall treatments that looks like this was made for ancient stone and built many years past.  And, with any installation process there is going to be times when you will need to cut a peice to shape.

When cutting faux panel you will be exposing the raw polyurethane material to the environment.  Polyurethane that is cut in the field, raw to any finish, and left uncoated is a long term problem waiting to happen and with noticeable detioration and discoloration already to occur.

Faux panels such as shown in these directions need a specific latex paint that atomizses perfectly with a Preval.

Getting started I have included a link i found of a great manufacturer of faux panels and the directions they provide to professional installers.  Like most directions they include touch up directions where you will find a great use of the Preval Sprayer and a match for perfect color.
