I love gardening and making my backyard look special for my friends and family. Sometimes I feel like there just isn't enough variety of pot designs to go around. Some of the niftier looking pots tend to be pretty pricy, and I'd rather save money so I can buy more plants for my garden! I discovered that I could mix my own paints, along with mildewcide and pesticide to keep my pots clear of outside build up and protect my plants further from those pesky critters.

I mixed my own latex colors with some XIM Latex Xtender and some mildewcide and a teeny bit of pesticide. Mix in the reservior and attach your power unit. Warm up the sprayer and go for it! I taped off sections of my pots so that I could do a liner design, separating the colors. The possibilities are endless and think of what you can do with stencils! I do recommend applying two layers of paint to the pot before setting outside.
