Add new technology for very little money with the Preval Spray System

We're going to write about some of the terrific (and inexpensive) ways that the Preval Spray System can help with OEM (original equipment manufacturing), as well as the possibilities for serious maintenance on finishes to your vehicles, boats, and even military equipment!

We're going to start with some suggestions for primers and one component systems:

Prepare your metals with specific primers for the surface you are working on.

A good finish for a Water Reducible System:

Spray Urethane, specifically with Kem Aqua 70P Primer/ Kem Aqua 400 Waterborne Enamel

With One – component systems:

A good finish would use 3.5 VOC He Alkyd Primer/He Alkyd Topcoat or 3.5 VOC HE Alkyd Primer/Equipment Alkyd Topcoat.  This is the most cost effective choice for one-component VOC compliant solvent systems.

A better finish would use 3.5 VOC Alkyd Primer Fast drying high solids enamel. This system’s finish stands out more than the topcoat primer because it keeps the gloss better.

The best finish would use a 500 low HAPS primer/Acryl HS 100 Enamel.  This paint system is best when corrosion is an issue. It retains a high gloss as well.

More uses coming soon.
